CGV NOVA Mall Cinemas will temporary close when typhoon signal 8 or above is hoisted.

Within 7 days after the cinemas is opened, affected customers may come and present their unused movie tickets, credit card number of online purchase or confirmation e-mail to exchange the movie tickets of the same value or below.

No refund is allowed.
