1. 4DX Motion Chairs use intense motion and vibrations which can be harmful to certain persons. To prevent safety accidents or injuries, the following persons must not use 4DX Motion Chairs or be permitted entrance to 4DX Presentations:
• Persons with high blood pressure, heart conditions, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of serious medical condition;
• Elderly or disabled persons;
• Pregnant women;
• Persons prone to motion sickness or persons who are physically or mentally sensitive;
• Intoxicated persons;
• Persons under 100 centimetres tall;
• Persons under 4 years old; and
• Persons weighing over 120 kilograms.
2. Children ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
3. 4DX Motion Chairs use intense motion and strong vibrations which can be pose a danger of serious injury, dizziness, motion sickness, headaches, muscle aches, or other discomfort during 4DX Presentations.
4. Audience should avoid standing up or moving around the 4DX Auditorium during screenings owing to the safety hazards.
5. Any goods likely to cause inconveniences or annoyance to any passenger on 4DX Motion Chair or prejudice the safe operations of 4DX Motion Chair are prohibited from bringing inside the Auditorium.
6. It is not suggested to have hot drinks and ice cream to avoid getting burn and causing damage to the 4DX System and 4DX Motion Chairs.
7. In cases where items are dropped or spilled during a screening, audience should be prohibited from leaving their seats to recover such items during the screening.
8. Baby or booster seats and sitting on laps are not allowed. Also, all children should be seated next to, rather than in front of, their accompany guardian.
9. Audiences must refrain from standing in their footrests and are warned to exercise caution when entering or moving around the 4DX Auditorium to avoid tripping or falling over footrests.
10. The Fan, Bubble Machines, Strobe, and Fog Machine may malfunction or cause injury if brought into contact with foreign objects, including body parts, clothing personal effects, and food or beverages.
11. In the event of any safety accidents or health concerns, including dizziness, breathing difficulties, or allergic reactions, please contact our staff for assistance.
